John
Pyrik brings
15 years of experience as a government investigator
and analyst to his role as chief instructor and coordinator of the
government of Canada's Intelligence Analyst Learning Program. He has
conducted national security investigations for the Canadian Security
Intelligence Service (CSIS),
investigated white collar crime for the B.C.
Securities Commission, and
analyzed cases of money laundering and
terrorist financing for the Financial Transactions Reports Analysis
Centre (FINTRAC).
Since 2002 he has worked in Ottawa where he has built a popular and
well-regarded training program for analysts.

Cheryl
MacLennan is
a library management consultant with over 20 years experience
accessing and evaluating information resources. She began her
professional library career in federal government libraries in Ottawa
holding various positions in research and technical services. Cheryl
left the government in 1996 to work in library systems sales and
development. In 2000, she set up a library and information management
consultancy where she has completed numerous projects for diverse
client groups in the federal, voluntary and academic sectors.
Cheryl
received a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Francis Xavier University and a
Master of Library and Information Science from Dalhousie University.

R.
L. "Doc" Gardner, PhD
has been in law enforcement since 1986 and has served as a sworn
officer in both federal and local agencies to include serving as a
Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He
currently serves in the Investigative Services Division of the Lakeland
Police Department, Florida,
where he is in command of the Criminal Intelligence Unit.
